- Matter content — documents and case details you upload to a workspace, used solely to generate your analysis.
- Usage data — privacy-friendly product analytics to improve performance and reliability.
How we use it
We use your data to provide and improve the service, generate case intelligence, secure your account and communicate with you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your confidential matter content to train third-party models.
Data isolation & security
CaseDesk is multi-tenant with role-based access control. Each firm's data is logically isolated from every other firm. See our security overview for more.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to info@casedesk.co.in.
